Project definition

S – Scope

What is this project about?

  • Why is this project necessary?
  • Who commissioned it and for what purpose?
  • What outcome do they expect from us?
  • What is the deadline of the project?
  • What is our budget?
  • Which resources should we use, and what will be the project’s impact and significance?
  • What is the intention of the stakeholders?

P – Plan

How do we get there?

  • In other words, what are the main deliverables?
  • What are the main milestones?
  • Approximately when do they need to be completed?
  • Who do we need to work with in the meantime?

O – Operations

  • How will we collaborate?
  • Where and how will we communicate?
  • What do we expect from each other in this respect?
  • What type of regular meetings will we have and when?
  • Where do we start to manage the tasks?
  • How will reporting work?

T – Tasks

  • What are the tasks that need to be done?
  • And who will do them?
  • In what quality, what is the standard? (again: if you think this is self-evident, you’re wrong)
  • What is the deadline?

Are you ready to take your life to the next level?
